The Ark is a vision of our families to provide delicious, authentic Caribbean food. The Ark Travels all over North Georgia and Murphy areas to bring you the best Caribbean food around. Some menu items include Rasta Pasta, Margarita Chicken or Shrimp, Fish & Shrimp tacos, Bahama Mama Shrimp, Caribbean burgers, Jerk and Drunken Chicken and more. The side items include cilantro lime rice, sweet plantains, Bahamian Mac & Cheese, and mango slaw. They also have a bread pudding dessert with a pineapple rum sauce.
